  • 6.30pm – 8.00pm Circuit training for all abilities 16+

Tuesday

  • 6.00pm – 7 00pm Newcomers
  • 6.00pm – 6.45pm 7+ years old
  • 6.30pm – 7.30pm Sprints
  • 7.00pm – 8.00pm Middle-distance and endurance/cross country

Wednesday

  • 5.30pm – 6.00pm Hills/Endurance (40 – 60 minute run)

Thursday

  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm Newcomers and under 11 boys/girls
  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm Middle distance
  • 7.00pm – 8.00pm Middle distance/endurance
  • 6.30pm – 7.30pm Sprints

Sunday

  • 9.00am – 11.00am Endurance run (about one hour) /Sprints
