St Triple Jump- Javelin ( 4 x 2 Relay ) ( 4 x 1, Obstacle Relay)
U 13 G/B:- 2 Lap- 4 Lap or 6 Lap-V. Jump- Shot- St Long Jump
St Triple Jump- Speed Bounce + ( 4 x 2 Relay )
U 15 G/B:- 2 Lap- 4 Lap or 6 Lap- V. Jump- Shot- St Long Jump
St Triple Jump- Speed Bounce + ( 8 Lap Parlauf )
TRACK Two scoring competitors per Club, per individual event + ( non-
scoring races)
Relays and Parlaufs – One scoring team per Club + ( non-scoring teams, time permitting )
1 Lap & 2 Lap races – heats and finals
#Under 15’s may enter as many events as they wish but can only be nominated as scoring athletes in 3 events plus a relay
FIELD V. Jump – Shot – St Long Jump – St Triple Jump –Speed Bounce ( no nonscoring)
Maximum of 3 competitors per Club, per event (best 2 to score)
