Note:

  1. Ages as at midnight 31st August/1st September 2019 (+ must be at least 9 years of age on the day)
  2. Competitors may not run in both 4 and 6 lap races
  3. Maximum of 3 individual events (excluding relay)
  4. No substitutes allowed
  5. Club Colours must be worn during competition
