**Please Note, Start times are approximate after the first events start**
First event warm-up will be 10.15am with a prompt 10.30am start for competition.
All Female Shot – 10.30am Competition Start
All Male Hammer – 10.30am Competition Start
All Female Hammer – Approximate – 12.00pm Start
All Male Shot – Approximate – 12.00pm Start
All Male Discus – Approximate – 13.15pm Start
All Female Discus – Approximate – 14.15pm Start
All Male Javelin – Approximate – 15.35pm Start
All Female Javelin – Approximate – 16.45pm Start
- Please try to arrive in good time and collect your numbers upstairs in the Charlie Madley Lounge.
- Submit your equipment, if you are bringing your own for approval at least 30mins before your event at our main store room.
- Medals will be awarded after your event has finished and confirmed by the Field Ref .
- Please provide your laminated card to the designated person/persons to receive your medal. (Upstairs Lounge or Covered Track Area).
- Results will be posted throughout the day on our website.
- Pof10 Results will be submitted next working day.
