Open to all FULLY PAID MEMBERS – Ages as of 1st September 2019
Entries: £5 per number – Entry forms at reception. This will enble you to enter ANY events on thr night ( Please see time table)
Overall Champions – An overall Champion will be decided within each age group. Each athlete will have to have competed in a SPRINT, DISTANCE, JUMP AND A THROW to qualify and points will be awarded using the 5 Star Award System.
