U 13 G/B:- 2 Lap- 4 Lap or 6 Lap-V. Jump- Shot- St Long Jump
St Triple Jump- Speed Bounce + ( 4 x 2 Relay )
U 15 G/B:- 2 Lap- 4 Lap or 6 Lap- V. Jump- Shot- St Long Jump
St Triple Jump- Speed Bounce + ( 8 Lap Parlauf )
TRACK Two scoring competitors per Club, per individual event + ( non-
scoring races)
Relays and Parlaufs – One scoring team per Club + ( non-scoring teams, time permitting )
1 Lap & 2 Lap races – heats and finals
#Under 15’s may enter as many events as they wish but can only be nominated as scoring athletes in 3 events plus a relay

This race is part of the Liverpool Cross Challenge and times of races may differ from the Red Rose XC League times. There will be extra cost to run in this race TBC
