- Ages as at midnight 31st August/1st September 2019 (+ must be at least 9 years of age on the day)
- Competitors may not run in both 4 and 6 lap races
- Maximum of 3 individual events (excluding relay)
- No substitutes allowed
- Club Colours must be worn during competition

Total points scored for best 8 races count for championship points 20 points for first Leigh Harrier in each race going down 20-18 -17 -16 down to 1-point Championship awards for 1-2-3 in each age group male and female, to qualify for a championship award you must have competed in a minimum of 5 races.
