The new European under-20 record-holder Keely Hodgkinson, who won in Vienna in an impressive 2:01.16. was back indoors for the Spar British Indoor Championships held at Emirates Stadium Glasgow.
Hodgkinson’s attempt at the title started on Saturday when she cruised through her heat to win in 2:09.16 to book a place in Sunday’s final; Hodgkinson looked confident when she lined up for the start and never looked otherwise all through the race taking the prestigious title in 2:04.37.
